Each of us travels our own path which takes us on our individual journey. It is clear to me that stress and anxiety can weaken our immune systems and cause imbalances. When I found myself overwhelmed by the stressors that affected my health and well-being, I was awakened to follow a different path of healing the mind, body, and spirit.
