Why do you want to write a book?
Do you have a story inside you? Do you feel guided to share it?
Are you writing your story or unknowingly trying to write the next best seller based on other peoples stories?
These are good questions to ask yourself.
Writing from within, listening to your voice, surrendering to your unique story is a sacred process.
With our divine sacred practice, meditation and connection to our higher self, source, God and the Angels, you too can write!!!
Many of us say, we are inspired (In-Spirit). So know you are not alone. Spirit is with you.
We have all heard how journaling is a healing process. Let’s go deeper and learn some tools that can help you heal and take the beginning the steps of writing. Or if your doing it already let’s go deeper!!!

About Janis Seminara
Janis Seminara holds a BA in Literature and an MA in Education. She taught remedial writing at Nassau Community College as well as tutored writing students across all ages and genres.
After her training in Koru mindfulness, she united mindfulness techniques with guided meditation and other sacred practices to create Voice: A Writers Workshop.
Janis also creates Sacred Tools jewelry, and runs creativity workshops so others may craft their own crowns, bracelets and prayer and rosary beads.
She is also a content-editor and clients have gone on to self-publish and utilize the Voice techniques to continue their writing.
