What is Spiritual Direction?
In 2001, I obtained my certification in Spiritual Direction from, The Mercy Center in Colorado Springs.
Spiritual Direction is a practice I incorporate alongside my other inner healing modalities, including Reiki, Mandala assessment, and Compassionate Care.
As a contemplative practice, it facilitates a deepening of one’s relationship with the Divine and enables individuals to recognize the Divine presence in their daily lives. It encourages individuals to lean into the Divine voice.
It is important to note that Spiritual Direction is distinct from counseling, therapy, or advice-giving.
The ultimate objective of Spiritual Direction is to assist individuals in cultivating inner freedom, discerning the voice of their Spirit Guide, and integrating it into all aspects of their lives.
