Life brings waves — ups, downs, twists, and unexpected turns. And in every moment, we are asked to choose: Will I live from LOVE… or from FEAR?
This month, inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, we’re diving deep into the two states of consciousness that shape every experience we have.
Fear
Fear and anxiety are incredibly common, and they often show up disguised as anger, control, overwhelm, or endless “what if” scenarios. Fear pulls us into imaginary futures — things that haven’t happened and may never happen. It convinces us we must control the uncontrollable. It fills the mind with stories that are simply not true.
But fear is not reality. Fear is a thought pattern — and we can step out of it.
Love
Love is faith. Love is the knowing that God, Spirit, and the Universe have your back. Love brings clarity, inspired action, hope, and presence. Love reminds you that everything happens for a reason and that every obstacle can become an opportunity to rise.
When we breathe, when we return to our practices — meditation, prayer, journaling, angel cards, automatic writing — we reconnect with truth. We reconnect with Spirit. We reconnect with ourselves.
And from that place, fear loses its grip.
A Universal Truth
We all experience moments when worrisome thoughts try to take over — thoughts about life, responsibilities, the unknown, or the future. And I’ve noticed something powerful: These thoughts only grow louder when we drift away from our daily spiritual practices.
But the moment we return to our breath, our grounding, and our connection with Spirit, everything shifts. We remember: The Universe has always taken care of us. We are supported. We are guided. We are provided for. And all good things come.

Let’s gather as a community of light leaders and choose again. Let’s choose Love over Fear. Faith over Fear. Peace over Panic. Presence over Projection.
