Cancellation & Refunds
Please note, we do not offer refunds. If you cancel your participation, we can credit your account ONLY IF you cancel 72 hours before the start of the first class. You may use these credits towards any future class or workshop (provided that space is available). However, if you DO NOT cancel on time, you will lose the payment for the class and/or entire workshop.

All workshops provided by Dawn are for educational purposes only and does not in any form constitute medical, legal and/or financial advice and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment.
Privacy & Property
- As a participant of the workshop, you understand that all information and techniques, skills, teaching and concepts that are shared along with all online video and audio recordings, all trainings on or off Facebook or Zoom, manuals, information, checklists, files, documents, images, affirmations, quotes, websites and other materials are the property of Angel Eyes Dawn Marie LLC, Dawn Marie Delahunt, and are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice. They are for education purposes only. All teachings, videos, workbooks, meditations, prayers, exercises & practices are intellectual property of Angel Eyes Dawn Marie LLC and may not be used or copied without prior written consent.
- It is assumed that this is completed with the understanding that what is taught within the program remains the copyright of Angel Eyes Dawn Marie LLC. Information and will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcasted, sold or otherwise transferred without our written consent.
- Recording is not permitted during the workshop. Angel Eyes Dawn Marie LLC has the right to record, edit and upload for use within the container, promotion or otherwise. However, Dawn Marie Delahunt may choose to refrain from sharing personal, vulnerable and confidential moments to maintain safe container.
- You understand the workshop may be filmed with footage that may contain the participants and audience. This footage may be used to create products such as online videos and used for marketing purposes. You give permission for this to occur.
- The workshop and the materials, user names and passwords, quotes, affirmations, images, video content/zoom recordings, provided to you are confidential and must not be given to, or shared with anyone outside of the workshop community.
Conduct
We kindly ask all participants to adhere to appropriate behavior during both Zoom and in-person events. This includes maintaining respect for others, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and refraining from disruptive or inappropriate actions. Whether virtual or in person, we encourage open communication and active participation while ensuring that all attendees feel comfortable and respected. Let’s work together to create a positive experience for everyone.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines, including engaging in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, may result in immediate removal from the event and being blocked from participating in future events.
By booking a session, class, workshop, or event with Angel Eyes Dawn Marie LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions set forth by the company. This includes adhering to cancellation and refund policies, respecting confidentiality agreements, and maintaining appropriate behavior during sessions. Your booking also implies consent to any disclaimers related to the services provided.
